Wingate is a very small town located in the state of North Carolina. With a population of 4,342 people and two associated neighborhoods, Wingate is the 203rd largest community in North Carolina.Wingate is neither predominantly blue-collar nor white-collar, instead having a mixed workforce of both blue-collar and white-collar jobs.
