Magnolia is a tiny town located in the state of Delaware. With a population of 285 people and four associated neighborhoods, Magnolia is the 40th largest community in Delaware. Much of the housing stock in Magnolia was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic towns in the country.Unlike some towns where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Magnolia is neither predominantly one nor the other. Instead, it has a mixed workforce of both white- and blue-collar jobs. Overall, Magnolia is a town of professionals, service providers, and sales and office workers.
