East Stroudsburg is a somewhat small borough located in the state of Pennsylvania. With a population of 9,042 people and 14 associated neighborhoods, East Stroudsburg is the 118th largest community in Pennsylvania. Much of the housing stock in East Stroudsburg was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic boroughs in the country.
